Washing Department

Avadat not only has washing units which does the wet processes but also all the dry processes are done inhouse. Latest washes from enzyme, pumic stones and towel wash, overdyeing, acid wash etc. are done in latest automatic front loaded machines. All the dry processes like scrapping, whiskers, chevrons, tagging, rips and repairs etc. everything is done inhouse. Avadat’s dry process and washing department holds the capacity of 2,50,000- 3,00,000 units to be processed every month.

In effort to save the environment, we constantly work on reducing the water liquid ratio by introducing new technologies and reusing the treated effluent.

Equipped with latest machinery to continuously manufacturing garments of latest fashion, we pride in every small detail of the garment. Production department is well equipped with current technological advancement.

R&D Department

We take pride in our dedicated Sampling Team, comprised of experts with domain knowledge and technical proficiency. Our in-house sampling unit ensures precision and quality in every step of the process and detailed work sitting closely with the designers and design studio.

Laboratory

Various safety norms like color indifference, Ph, color fastness, fabric strength, developing color recipe for dyeing, and checking quality of raw materials and chemicals everything happens in laboratory to enable quality products at the end.

ZLD process

ZLD is Zero Liquid Discharge process which is implemented in our washing unit and department, to ensure efficient and minimal use of water, ultimately helping the environment.
